The institution providing treatment will be completely responsible for all the treatments, opinions and advice. Annietiang TCM will not be accountable or held responsible for the same.

Annietiang TCM will not be accountable or held responsible for any information that the patient or his/her relative chooses to withhold with regard to past medical history during or after treatment. Annietiang TCM will also not be accountable or held responsible for the instances wherein the treating medical institution chooses to not solicit this information from the patient beforehand.

Annietiang TCM will also not be accountable or held responsible for any complications, emergencies or medical requirements that may arise during or after treatment as a result of the patient’s present or past illnesses, allergies to certain drugs or side effects. It is the responsibility of the treating medical institution to handle this.

Travel Documents for TCM treatment from oversea

All participants for TCM treatment from oversea must be in possession of a valid passport valid for at least 6 months from the start time of travel (or more, depending on what treatment the client is seeking and how long the treatment may last) and at least 2 free pages in the passport. A visa may be required.

For the purpose of these Terms and conditions, “Data” means all electronic data or information, including personal data submitted by you via our Website and email. You recognise and acknowledge that in order to facilitate the provision of Medical Services for you, we will need to provide certain details of your personal information, including any medical information or records you provide to us, to licensed Medical and Healthcare Providers.
